1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Jekon service — including our website (jekon.in), the Jekon reconciliation platform at app.jekon.in, our WhatsApp document inbox, and any related APIs ("Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms are an agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the founders of Jekon, who currently run Jekon as an early-stage venture based in Pune, Maharashtra, India (together, "Jekon", "we", "our", or "us").
Jekon is not yet an incorporated company. We intend to register Jekon as a company. When we do, these Terms and your account will transfer to that company, and we will tell you by email before that happens.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
2. Description of Services
Jekon provides invoice and payment reconciliation software for businesses and accounting firms. The Services include:
- Accounting & bank connections: Read-only connections to QuickBooks Online and Xero, bank feeds through Plaid (US) and GoCardless (UK and EU), and structured CSV import
- Automated matching: Scoring of invoice and bank-transaction pairs, routed to automatic approval, human review, or block according to thresholds you control
- Review queue: Tools to approve, reject, edit and reverse matches
- Audit trail: An append-only record of every match action and the state it replaced
- WhatsApp document inbox: Receipt of invoice documents sent from a WhatsApp number you have linked
- Agency access: For accounting firms, access to linked client accounts from one firm login
- Website demo: A sample-data demonstration of the matching engine on our website, which runs in your browser and does not use your data
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. Where a change materially reduces the Services you have paid for, we will give you reasonable notice.

If paid plans are introduced, payments will be processed by Stripe. Card details will be handled by Stripe and not stored by Jekon.
Third-Party Terms and Availability
Your use of integrated services is subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. Jekon is not responsible for their actions, data practices, or availability, and is not liable for losses arising from third-party downtime, changes to their terms, or revocation of access.
